If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Pezami- "nice poster" Of course, I would love to sit and visit about the things of life with you. Have a good day!
2001 is the year they started over and updated most information.
Thanks again, you make this site a better place.

Lon..I am a praying person. I will pray for you and for Lin as well. Doesn't sound like much fun but none of this is. I am thankful to have this place to come to and you've been one who has really encouraged me. Thanks and God's peace and healing to your home....

Hi everyone, as I am new to the group I didn't know where to put my first post. Please also excuse my ignorance withAS and treatments. Through the years I have had many blood tests and they have been positive for HLA B27. The rhumetologists I have seen in the past have all discharged me saying that it is inconclusive that I have AS. However my pain is constant and the aching seems to be in all the places that are associated with the disease. I am on naproxen for severe plantar facilitis and osteoporosis in my knees. My middle back aches constantly and I have regular bouts of iritis. I would like to get to know more treatments care plans, diet and exercise advice by people who suffer from AS. I have an appointment again with another rhumetologist in a few weeks time. I'd like to be armed with more information from real suffered and not just the Internet . Any advice and help would be much appreciated Thank you

Welcome Pillsy64.
Your post will probably be read as the board hasn't been all that busy of late. However, you are welcome to start a new post to introduce yourself if you want to be sure that KA members will see it. Just click on Forum List and then choose the main AS forum, then click on new topic.
I hope you find lots of useful information here. It's also helpful to search through old posts.
