If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

While i have been sleeping, I have been woken with the feeling of electric shocks in my joints accompanied with pain.

If I get electric shock sensations its usually because my body is in a bad position and something is pressing on a nerve. If its happening while sleeping, then maybe you could try using pillows or supports of some kind to keep your body in a good position. I sleep on my side, and have a thin pillow between my knees, and a long body pillow to rest my arm on and to support my body and stop it from rolling. Also important to get exactly the right sized pillow under your head or neck that is just barely big enough to support your neck and not have it kinked at the wrong angle.

Seems like it could be nerve pain. I get zaps down my arm at times, from a pinch in my neck of a spinal nerve. Check with your doc if you've not had this checked out before. Always best to know what you are working with. X-rays and/or MRIs should tell the story quite nicely as to what's causing your zaps. Hope you can get it checked out soon.

I have the zaps too! Mostly in one lower leg but the other day I had a very light one in my left outer eye. I always seem to get things on my left side more then on the right.
Yet waiting for my diagnosis. Believing there is a light at the end of this tunnel. HLAB27 negative On the path to getting back to THE GOOD LIFE! Yeah! Now working towards the solution instead of sitting in the problem.

Hi everyone,
I'm glad I'm not the only one 😀
The electric shock feeling I now also get during the day.
It does become unbearable at times and does effect my mobility ðŸ˜
I plan to go to the doctors to get this further investigated.
Will keep you posted
