If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Good job Ally! I'm going to keep up my exercIses and swimming for the rest of my life. I'm certain exercising made me able to respond tho this treatment. Thanks Sue! At this point it feels to good to be true, but I'm enjoying the experience! Getting off cymbalta has been so difficult. I'm completely off now, but sTill having vertigo. Going swimming early today to try and shake it off. Steve.... A nap.... ...goodness you crack me up! Love the way you keep on truckin'! Go TEAM!

I am just amazed at the running you can do. Two years ago, I was up to cycling 26 miles a day and started barefoot running to help with Plantar Fasciitis. It was wonderful. I felt so healthy and strong. Then my Achilles tendon start to swell up and I haven't been able to get back to either cycling or running. I am having to wear a cast-boot type. I have a doctors appt. on Monday. I'm not sure what he can do but I hope he can figure it out so I can get back to at least the cycling.

Isn't it aggravating how one little part of our whole structure can ruin a whole health plan? I've had recurring plantar fasciitis in my right foot since I was 16. Right now it's not bugging me too much, though I'm swimming without kicking my right leg much. Going barefoot & swimming in cold water helps me as well.

I'm on it! Just as soon as the vertigo from cymbalta withdrawn passes. Somehow I think I'd be a danger to myself and others in the race right now. Well... Unless I can get a wheelbarrow ride.

Saturday morning I got up, and started out on what was planned to be a 10 mile run. About 1/4 mile in I thought this is not going to happen. I went about 4 miles, and walked half of that. I just did not feel good, and my right ear was hurting. Later in the day, my wife said you look horrible. I thought that is a nice thing to say to your husband. My wife said I am taking you to instacare right now. Right ear is infected, left was starting. Sinuses are infected. Starting to feel better today.
