If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Spent 5 days walking all over Boston. I paced myself but its a lot of walking even taking the T. The convention center itself is like a mile long. I took methylpred and that saved my feet. The exercise was good for the rest of me. And my FBG the first three days back was 89, 83, and 93! If I didn't have such a sedatary job where I had to sit or stand a lot to work, I wouldn't even have diabetes.

The March 2015 issue of Scientific American has this bioelectric medicine on the cover of the magazine *** This is the bioelectric medicine... something scienc-y....treatment that I'm getting. It put me into remission from autoimmune symptoms within 24 hours of the first treatment. frequency specifIc micro current therapy The MD also uses this laser on my joint/connective tissue scaring.Because of multiple past injuries to my body - I was a bit too adventurous when I was youger... well actually until I got sick at 49, LOL. This is where she uses micro injections of lidocaine or procaine mixed with homeopathy. It resets the nerve response that happens in complicated pain issues. So, this is probably specific to me, but I don't really know. neural therapy Anyway, after almost 8 years I'm waking up in the early morning, doing yard/house work, basically having my regular life back. My poor muscles are not amused. But it's so fun to be outside in the garden and painting the inside of the house fun colors! GRIN It's REALLY weird, and I feel like I want to do years worth of stuff just in case it's temporary. Driving it's weird. I'm gonna apply for two library branch manager jobs tomorrow. THAT'S weird! Swimming every other day in addition to my life GOOOOOO TEAM!!!

Wow Erica that sounds brilliant hope it stays that way.
I haven't posted in a while I am trying to limit screen use!
I am still exercising trying to walk up the hill most lunchtimes as fast as I can. I am also being very good and doing my AS exercises at night too as I have been struggling with a stiff neck.
