Wendy-at times my hips have been so bad that I wanted to cry...then in a few weeks then get a bit better... never really good but better....
I hope that you get well soon. What are your plans as far as work goes?
I am not sure that I have a psoas muscle????

Yes, Lon - my kids make quite a few jokes about my soreass muscle!
I've been back at work since 6 weeks after my surgery but it has been a challenge! Getting a bit easier now though!

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.

Well thanks Rumble...
Does your skin get blotchy before, during or after a flare.???
So far basic hand creams have kept the skin looking fair, but I think the I will lose the battle soon.
