If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I was in fresh market today and saw these things called coco roons. Little cookie shaped things. I normally don't buy anything processed or packaged. Usually just fresh fruits veggies and meat. But I looked at the ingredients and they all seem nsd safe, relatively speaking. The vanilla maple ones in particular. The ingredients are dried unsweetened coconut, almond flour, unfiltered maple syrup cold-pressed coconut oil, vanilla extract, himalayan crystal salt http://mycocoroons.com/collections/coco-roons/products/vanilla-mapleI was wondering if anybody has ever tried these and what were the results.

The Lemon flavored ones are insane and dangerously adfictive. But totally safe as far as starch is concerned.
I'm now a KICK AS (and Kick IBD) success story!! After going low starch Paleo to heal my gut, I can now eat nearly all starches, grains & foods without inflammation, flare-ups, or pain. I used a modified SCD diet approach (minus dairy! plus cacao ♥). Cheers to healing & thriving again! I blog at http://www.forestandfauna.com/about/

Wow those look amazing! They are better than the ones I was buying as mine have cane juice. Where did you get them?

Well I first saw them in the fresh market. But they also have them in whole foods. And a locally owned organic place here in Jacksonville. I would think they would have them in most organic supermarkets. I didn't get them. I wanted to get some of your thoughts on here first. But I'm thinking about getting some

I can't remember if I've tried that brand (I think I've had lemon but not sure) but I enjoy the Hail Merry ones as a treat. Yumm.

I'm not sure about starch content, but of all the coconut macaroon products I've tried, the Laughing Giraffe ones are by far the best! Chocolate flavor is my favorite. Whole Foods carries these.
I also really like the coconut chips made by Dang as well as Danielle. The Danielle ones are hard to find, though.
Dang is in most supermarkets, and I have only seen Danielle once - at Whole Foods, but they aren't even carried at my local Whole Foods anymore. I never saw them again.
