Her heart has been beating 130+ BPM for OVER 3 WEEKS!!! The hospice docs are all shaking their heads. The nurses and housekeeping all go by her room at each shift change to pet her hand and say hello. I'm swimming every other day and riding my trike all around town. Thanks for posting everyone!!! You inspire me. Go TEAM!!!  Excellent news about your MIL!  Great job everyone!  I've been so pathetic about posting here lately: Friday: warm and sunny til a cold front, walked with a friend for a while, not sure how far or how long. walked to and from another building: ½ mile walked to and from getting a bite to eat: ½ mile Saturday: shopping and errands: distance? time: ~3 hours Sunday: another warm sunny day, walked ~1.5 miles in ~45 minutes Yay, we have an ospreys' nest on top of the cell phone tower!

my legs are filling up with fluid again! makes me feel stiff and bulky.

Hey all since I'm not bedridden anymore since I got my pain pump, I went to physical therapy to get my muscles going again and now for the time in a gajillion years, I joined the new Rec center in our area to work out and to swim! I've been once and did some rowing, biking, walking the track and some machines and it didn't kill me. I went for only an hour and took it pretty slow and ended up only taking some Tylenol for two nights. I'm in!

Erica- My body is taking on fluids, but I am still walking at the beach - I intend to walk more tomorrow ..if it kills me.
