DLP-
sour cream / cheese absolutely do give me problems.

3 day fast.. then start adding one food at a time...is a sure way to find out. but I often fail the self control needed to stay on the course.

let us know how it is going.

Are you on any medication yet? Are you being treated by a rheumatologist. It's my personal opinion, but it sounds like you have exhausted the dietary treatment path. If you haven't started a biologic, you may seriously want to look into it. The longer you go without proper treatment the worse the prognosis can be.

No, I'm not on medication yet. The pain hurts, but it's not debilitating, and it only affects me from 4am to 7am each morning. So I'm sure I'm much more fortunate than many other AS sufferers in this regard.

So I'm not ready to get on meds. I have a rheumatologist but haven't had to see him since last year, when he gave me the AS diagnosis.

Well, last night the pain was just as bad as it was before I started the juice fast, and before I started LSD. I will ease back into enjoying food today.

It's disappointing for me to see that so many people have improved on LSD and juice diets, but neither has done anything for me.

I would want treatment ASAP. I like you had the same type of symptoms I just lived with taking ibuprofen. The uncontrolled inflammation for 25 yrs has given me a stout dose of osteo arthritis in my spine on top of my AS. It gives me as much problem as theAS if not more.
