If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have warm chia seed pudding (as per Betty Rawker's recipe except she has hers cold and i warm mine up) : In a small pan on a low-medium heat : almond milk + 1 tbsp shredded coconut + 1 tsp cocoa powder + 1 tsp honey + blueberries + 3 tbsp chia seeds. Heat up like porridge. Or I sub chocolate + blueberries with homemade applesauce & cinammon. It makes a yummy breakfast that's nicely filling. Or http://farmerkskitchen.com/2013/02/03/sugarless-almond-pancakes/ you could have those lovely pancakes and just sub the eggs for flaxseed eggs.

My husband likes a warm breakfast. We do two cored apples filled with raisins and a squirt of honey cooked on low in a crock pot for about 6-8 hours. It come on at the right time by using a timer that switches the pot on at the right time to be ready when he gets up.
Lactose free yoghurt (made by long fermentation) with fruit is nice, but he can't tolerate it

organic lunchmeat (organic turkey, organic ham, grassfed beef, etc) or smoked salmon
1-2 oz goat or sheep cheese (I'm allergic to cow casein)
a few olives (I like kalamata)
marinated artichokes
a few small pickles
pickled beets and carrots optional if you think they are too starchy
a few apple slices or a few berries or a small mandarin orange
tea (green, white, oolong, black) or herbal tea
this is a good breakfast for someone with diabetes, that's why I eat this most mornings.

I eat either a nut granola from mixing together chopped almonds, walnuts, raisens and a piece of chopped dark chocolate, or I have fruit with walnuts and yoghurt. But I'm LSD, not NSD.
PBC, widespread enthesitis. Currently managing symptoms (without NSAIDs) through low starch diet.

Depending how you do with dairy... I have a couple of ideas.
When I still lived in States these were my 2 breakfasts>
1. Turkey burger patties and some sort of steamed veggie... I went with broccoli or zucchini often. I put some sea salt and olive oil on the steamed veggies.
2. Stoneyfield Farms organic yogurt with some thawed frozen fruit mixed in... I loved blueberries, raspberries or blackberries.
Here in Argentina I do not eat breakfast... not much of a custom here, they eat very big lunch and have a toast with tea/coffee often. So I just skip breakfast here and have a mate cocido (tea). I then eat big lunch around 1pm (I get up about 8am as go to bed around midnight).
Best, Tim

I guess it depends on what you're used to eating for breakfast, and how completely no starch you need to be. Any combination of protein and carbs you tolerate should keep you going until lunch, and it wouldn't have to be a true "breakfast" food. So maybe even leftovers from dinner the night before?
I think everyone above has made some really good suggestions. When I have time, I like to fry up some (tested safe!) sausage with some low starch veggies, toss on a bit of salt and cheese, and have a side of fruit. Kind of like a hash, but veggies in place of the eggs.
When I don't have time, I either grab a pre-made snack bag of trail mix, which includes low starch nuts, dried fruit, and sometimes a few dark chocolate chips.
But I have been looking online at some of the paleo recipes for "larabars", and most of them don't include any egg. Seems to mostly be a combination of medjool dates, dried fruit, and nuts, and I've been thinking of trying some of them out on my slightly picky eater daughter. Our current breakfast bar recipe includes eggs, and she isn't crazy about them. I also have occasionally tossed together some frozen fruit and greek yogurt and made her a smoothie to go when she's feeling up to one, which isn't often. A little too sweet in the morning for her stomach.

I appreciate all of your suggestions. I will look into them and hopefully see an improvement with this eczema. Thanks.

Best, Tim I can't do dairy, but really like the "So Delicious" brand of coconut milk yogurt. It has active live cultures in it. They even have a unsweetened one with very few carbs, sweetened, fruit or vanilla flavored, greek or regular. I eat that with berries or other fruit….. Just for me, not in the morning cause its too much sugar / carbs for me first thing in the A.M. because of diabetes. But if you don't have diabetes, then its a fine breakfast even if one is allergic to casein in dairy like I am. I also want further testing to see if I can tolerate the casein in goat and sheep milk Then I could have goat milk yogurt if I want it….options are always good.
