The subject title is in reference to the fruit, not our beloved moderator! smile

I'm considering adding kiwi back into my diet. It's kiwi season over here so I wonder if I'm missing the boat but keeping the embargo going. I'm curious what others experiences are and I had trouble searching because there are a lot of posts by someone of the same name> smile

I know everyone's different, but I wonder how others react to it. Particularly those who adhere to a strict NSD...

I have kiwifruit every morning as part of my breakfast. It really helps my IBS so I haven't tried excluding it.

AS, IBS, reflux oesophagitis and dysphagia, PCOS/insulin resistance, asthma...
Currently managing my AS with humira, methotrexate, low starch diet and exercises. Also taking omeprazole, metformin etc.
