If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

The subject title is in reference to the fruit, not our beloved moderator! I'm considering adding kiwi back into my diet. It's kiwi season over here so I wonder if I'm missing the boat but keeping the embargo going. I'm curious what others experiences are and I had trouble searching because there are a lot of posts by someone of the same name> I know everyone's different, but I wonder how others react to it. Particularly those who adhere to a strict NSD...

I have kiwifruit every morning as part of my breakfast. It really helps my IBS so I haven't tried excluding it.
AS, IBS, reflux oesophagitis and dysphagia, PCOS/insulin resistance, asthma... Currently managing my AS with humira, methotrexate, low starch diet and exercises. Also taking omeprazole, metformin etc.
