If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

If any body wishes to spread this information on any other sites they frequent, perhaps any RA type forums etc, please do...... NASS do alot for us lot in the uk..... Please show your support....

I often mention both NASS and KickAS on the NRAS healthunlocked site - there are a heap of people on there with PsA or with undiagnosed or "seronegative" arthritis with significant back pain.

Just a reminder to all, from 18th November there will be free registration to the NASS forum and the membership cost will not apply specifically to the forum.
This is a great source of uk specific information and i urge anyone who is not a member to register, say hi and take a look around.
Also, NASS have just launched a free mobile phone or ipad app for a fantastic AS specific excersise regime .
Search your App Store for : NASS back to action.
And down load the app.

Nass. Poor devils got bombarded with spam afte opening up their doors for free access to the forum and it really messed things up, so, they've had to close the door till they Can sort it out and put a few measures in place to ensure they don't just get idiots trying to sell stuff or the like.....
However.... I argued the case that the newcomers should be allowed to stay and they agreed...
If you email sallyd@nass.co.uk she has agreed to issue you few guys who recently took advantage of the doors being opened with free membership !
Get an email off asap!!!!!
I am told that after Xmas, they will get the tech people to put in some measure to prevent the spam and open the door again, but untill then.... Members only.... Unless you email Sally now !!!!
