Thanks Andrea for sharing your resources. I didn't know about food combining!! This is going to make things much easier for me when I start eating fruit again!!

Thanks

wish you the best,

Interesting. I've never heard of this before. But now that I've introduced some fruit back into the diet, I wonder if I need to factor this in...

I always chase my fruit consumption with a probiotic...figure it could help feed the good bacteria. I'm not sure if that logic holds up, but this food-combo theory gives me something else to think about...

The exception to the morning rule is if you suffer from Hypoglycemia (a.k.a. sugar drops). If you have it, you can't have fruit in the morning.

Again I had this bloated pregnant stomach happen to me, out of nowhere! From yesterday afternoon to this morning, I have gone up 2 belt sizes, but have not gained any weight (in fact I'm losing weight)

All I ate during that time, over 3 meals was:
- beef (I heard beef can take time for your body to digest, could be this?)
- handful of almonds and raisins
- large amount of broccoli, asparagus and olive oil (read these can be bloating?)
- 3/4 can of coke
- 1 tsp sesame halvah
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 dates (do dates count as fruit? I did combine them with things like almond butter)
- 1 oz chicken and some avocado
- 3/4 cup of berries
- 2 eggs fried in 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp sticky rice

I've heard some of those foods can be bloating, but this seems ridiculous, I look like a stick thin pregnant man! smile
