Yes, know of colostrum. Tried it several years ago now, didn't do owt for me.

About a year. No, cannot remember how much I took every day. It had quite a following back in the mid 2000s. Here is some more info on Transfer Factor/Colostrum.

I didn't mean Transfer factor it looks too arteficial and who knows what else. Just colostrum and it's effects on AS. You may find so many positive things about it on web.
