If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello all! I've been gone for quite awhile. I tend to resurface when I'm not well. Thank you all for being here when I need you! So a 3-day apple fast usually brings me out of a flare, but what happens when you're on day three and not feeling better? Should I keep going? Should I start on some veggies and just go slow adding back in foods? I've had success with just a fruit fast before. So I actually started with a fruit fast, but then as I was coming off of it and not feeling better yet, I switched to an apple fast. Now I'm on my 6th day combined and still not feeling as good as I used to on a fast. Any suggestions? ~shellim

Hi, Shellim:
Since You are already on day3, I would just continue and be sure to drink more EVOliveOil and perhaps later, upon retiring do some borage seed oil capsules, if available to You. Sometimes, it just takes longer to get out of the tougher flares, but perhaps the fruit was not right?? Stone fruits (apricots, nectarines, peaches etc), pears, and others can especially now be very starchy: Are You testing them?
Think the key is OILS for now!
Be patient; it will relent even if it takes water-only couple of days...but do take a break in between!
HEALTH, John

Typically olive oil is only on 3rd day.
Is this the first time? My first time had slight increase in pain.
Are the apples starchy at all... I am not sensitive to apples, but some are if out of season.

I'm with you, even broccoli sounds like a feast after 3 days of apples! Tonight is the end of the apples for me. I will admit, my pain has lessened on this third day, even though the apples I bought were slightly under-ripe. I could feel the starch coating my mouth.
