If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yes, lots of links, but do be careful about some of the suggested 'lines', like soy milk and soy products. As, most probably from GM grown plants. GM won't do you any good, as more and more evidence 'seems' to indicate health problems with GM crops. So, be careful. And, stay away from 'industrial' froods ! These are all probably hitting the Indian market...

Ohh is it. But apart from vitaminB12, if we see there are many vegetables/fruits available here in India which are now a days produced by genetically modification mean to say they are hybrid (please correct me if I'm wrong here..) For example Tomato, mostly now a days they are produced from diff breeds (means they are not produced from the seeds/breed which was there earlier 10-20 yrs ago. Anyway after reading ur imp suggestions I will not go for soy products! Being less availability of vitaminB12 for veggies, I was searching this since last 15days n got some good info from above links....still looking inside them... Being veggie I don't know if I can include n start with at least chicken egg.. Thx a lot!

Yes - India has changed since I lived over there :((
But as for chicken's eggs - unfertilised. South Indian Brahmins I knew all ate eggs...!! But you have the wonderful yogurt and the curd cheese and possibly even in the ghee - would need to check out the ghee. And, you don't need that much of B12.
Anyways, glad I could help. Take care -

If you eat dairy or eggs, wouldn't be a problem as both have B12. But if vegan, would need either a food item fortified with B12, or take a B12 supplement or both. http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/b12.phphttp://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods33.php
