hrtballon Hi friends Hope you are all doing well. I know I am doing good following surgery but today has been a hard day. I am supposed to be walking around several times a day and yesterday we moved a couple of those outside. I super overdoing it and have been paying for it.

My feet lose their feeling in the night. I don't like that weird feeling. The dr. said it may work itself out in the next couple of months; that inflammation can cause that. Inflammation I have a lot of. crazy I have a lot of spams in my legs mainly my upper thighs. That is supposedly from all of the stress on nerves and muscles. It will be one week tomorrow so I am doing good or would be if I weren't trying to be 25 again.

Miss you all. Take care of yourselves.

Possi hugss

hi possi

i'm glad your up and about, please take it easy and let your body heal. most of the muscle spasms and all the numbness i was left with after my surgery gradually disappeared. the muscle spasms took the longest. it took lots of muscle relaxers and exercise in the pool at the ymca. my dr. told me it would be a year long recovery, he was right. mike

Hi Possi: I knew you would over do because that is what we do. I think walking outside is much harder because the ground is so much harder. I am so sorry you are paying for your activity outside.

Are you elevating your legs a lot and wearing compression stockings? That may help your feet and legs.

Hope with rest, you feel better.

Shari

Joyce I am so proud of you, and in such awe of your spirit and strength. Take care of you, keep walking (but not overdoing), and remember, when you were 25 you might have been beautiful but you weren't half the amazing woman you are today, so stop trying to be 25!!

Love and Warm Hugs,

Kat

In these things it can be 2 steps forward and 1 step back, but that's still a net gain of 1 smile

Especially if you overdid it, but you'll figure that part out.

Nothing wrong with us thinking we're 25 smile well in mind and spirit anyway. heart

Possi,
I am praying you have a good recovery, don't over do it. Take care!

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
