Hello everyone, I will be having my 3rd foot surgery tomorrow. Right foot is a redo by a Doc that I think is fabulous!! I am hoping it turns out just as good as the left foot she did last May  Sherri

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.
