If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Do those of you with neck problems have vertigo when your neck is bothering you? I have a disc out of place and I can sleep wrong or get in a wrong position and not only do I get very sore but I get dizzy. Curious if the vertigo is a coincidence.
Hope you have a good weekend.

My take on that Possi is that we coordinate our movements often through sensation and when that sensation is interrupted, we get weird messages.
Soooooo, I would say yes, I can be fine and when I have a mishap in my neck, I feel dizzy occasionally. MOST of my issues are in my neck by I also have several areas of narrowing so I believe that adds to it too. I would suggest you listen when your body senses 'dizzy' and find a place to sit it out for a little while or limit activity if you can.

sorry you are havinga rough time. Could it be a side effect of something you took? I get side effects all the time and I got dizzy last year when I tried Lyrica.Hope you feel better.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

Hi Joyce, I have a lot of neck problems, and I've had some vertigo, but I don't think they get their worst at the same time. Does that make sense? Hugs friend

Yes, I woke up with a neck headache as I call them and it makes me feel dizzy. I don't know exactly what happens and why, but I'm familiar with what you are describing!

Thanks for the input. I have had vertigo off and on for about 30 years. It began with the Lupus diagnosis. We have a recliner that hits my neck wrong and I kicked back the other day intending to just be there a few minutes and I went to sleep. I have a disc out of place that the pain management dr. says I need to see a chiropractor to get it put back. The rheumatologist says no chiropractor. Anyway, when I woke up my neck was in a lot of pain and I was very dizzy. The vertigo has gotten better as the soreness has gotten better.
Hope you are having a good weekend.

Good Idea. Valsmum. :o) That's not it though in this case. I have had it since the early 80's and certain movements trigger it and I think my neck problem is also triggering it.
I appreciate your input. Hope you are having a good day.

Thanks Nonnie. Yes, that makes sense. I have just wondered if it is coincidental since I have it a lot at other times.
Hope you are enjoying the weekend.
Precious pictures.

Possi Mild vertigo, yes, where you feel a little off balance especially when moving the head.
