Anyone have adverse reactions on Celebrex.
I hear all of this news about cardiovascular dangers. My Dr doesn't seem to concerned. I figure I would ask others who take it.

I take 1 Celebrex every few days and all seems fine.
I worry about side effects - "It wasn't the disease that did him in, it was the cure!"

Look at the stats and decide for yourself if the risks are worth it.
I couldn't take celebrex, it gave me mushy brain, could not function cognitively, it was weird. one of the NSAIDs gave me a similar side effect.

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.
chiro
walk, bike
no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

What would it do to you ? I have been on it for about 5 years now and I have never had a problem.

i wish i could stop taking celebrex. if i forget to take it my body tells me i missed a dose. i have been on a nasaid for about 15 years. i had to stop for a very long 6 months after back surgery.

I took Celebrex at 400mg a day for a long time. I had no side effects whatsoever.  Sherri

I took one anti-inflammatory after another for several years until I developed asthma from one. Now I don't take any.
