Well Donna,
All of my A.S. and Fibro pain is gone! Wish I could still do cartwheels! So I am happy with the results. The pain from the surgery and it's complications are overshadowing everything right now and until I get some answers or things clear up...the jury is still out.

Thanks Aussiegirl,

Glad you are posting. I hope all is well with you.

I had an x-ray to see if the catheter had moved and it came out okay. It was fine so it might be some very angry nerves that got disturbed. Other then that it is still some getting use to not waking up in the morning or waking up in the middle of the night with that excruciating A.S. pain.

Wow! How wonderful to not wake up with the pain. I am so glad it is helping you. Is your Mom still there?

Yes, Possi, my mother is still here for one more week. Have so enjoyed having her but she is quite stressed about getting home. My sister who was staying there...well let's just say...nothing went right.

I received my Personal Manger remote control this last week to be able to give myself extra medication (bolus')if I need them. They will take a reading of it, print it out and will be able to reset my pump from their programer to give me more medication when it seems I am needing it more! The great thing is, most of the stiffness is gone as well and the amount of pain med's being dispensed is minimal.

Now when I have a Fibro flare...it doesn't work. They told me it wouldn't but I was anxious to see if it would or not. Still have to take med's for when I have a flare.

I am so glad it is working for you Pea. I know it has been a very big deal geting to this point. I am glad your Mom is still there too.

I would like to have a Personal Manager Remote Control. laugh
The kitchen would be cleaned up, the ironing done and the flower beds cleaned out. Oh, I could think of some more things too. Maybe a pie baked. :o)

Hugs, Pea.
