If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Good tip, I didn't think it would be that easy !! I've ordered a blender/juicer/smoothie maker, it will be delivered within 3 weeks, I am counting down the days... I think the next purchase will be an ice-cream maker... I wanna try your mint choc chip ice-cream. Although I'm still not sure if chocolate is starchy or not, and which variety is better : dark, white, milky... So many questions for my small brain...

NSD does not cut out carbs... only complex carbs (Starch). I eat so much veggies and fruits I live in the produce aisle.
I had physicals, and my numbers after being on this diet have never been better. I am going on 45 now and blood pressure is still excellent despite family history.
I easily stay at my ideal weight as well.
I for one do not use the almond, coconut flour etc... I eat a lot of veggies, fruits, a bit more meat than prior, but not much more. I also include walnuts nearly every day (handful) to eat.
Take care,
Tim

Thank you for all your replies!
I guess my big concern is the convenience factor - I work long hours and am often out on construction or mine sites so I'm worried about not having easy access to a food prep area/fridge and don't want to just live on cucumber sticks and a handful of almonds! And I have no idea what I'm going to eat for breakfast - if I have to cook eggs or similar, I'm going to have to get up at 4am and I already don't get enough sleep with the pain! *sigh* I think that was the hardest thing for me when I first went GF, not just being able to make a sandwich for lunch when it was convenient (I don't eat much GF pasta/bread anyway, it's more just knowing that it's there if I need it!). I do however LOVE my carrots, cashews, sweet potatoes, pumpkins.... I really dislike kale, celery, broccoli.....
I have been looking into the Paleo stuff - my husband and his mate are following out (although still having dairy) so maybe that's where I'll start for some recipe ideas!
Thanks again all!

Walnuts also have starch I think or? I have been eating walnuts on this diet (States and ARgentina) for 11 years. Have yet to have a problem. Almonds in States in for me were fine... here in Argentina I have more issues with them and have to moderate. Brazil nuts, pecans, pine nuts are others I have eaten without issue... but do not enjoy quite like walnuts. And walnuts have the healthy omega oil. Tim
