I am glad you enjoyed it. My family will be glad that I tried it on someone else first. Yes, I use lard from the last hog that we butchered. I had to go out to the outbuildings to find the last can. I hope it didn't taste old. I hope you enjoy the cherry also. I fell off the ladder when I was climbing the tree to pick them. They sat in the kitchen the month that I was in the hospital I don't own a canner so I hope that they don't make you sick. Have your family let me know.
Shipping is really expensive. I think that $100.00 should cover the mail and box; however, if you are sick, put it toward your hospital bill.

Thanks Tim. I CAN send you some blueberries. I went to Sam's last night and bought a package of frozen ones. They should be well thawed by the time they get there. In fact, they might should be sent bottled as Blueberry Wine. :o)

Did somebody say pie...?!?! Rats, I am late to the pie party. I would pay good dosh for a homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie... yum! Who picks mincemeat  over strawberry rhubarb... or blueberry? I mean seriously. In the deepest depths of winter up here and not a fresh rhubarb stem to be had. C'mon Spring!!!
