Just curious how many people had success after switching Biologics
HLA-B27 Positive 2012.. Have always had low back pain. Disease rapidly infested itself after an accute Weight lifting accident..
Pain from SI joints all the way through neck. Rib cage extreamly tender

i was on simponi, then had some problems , went on Enbrel, thought I was just having more bad days, and now that is all I am having. Back on the simponi, and hoping that soon it will work it's magic even if it's for a few days, or one day a week. Let me know how it goes.

I've switched 3 times....including waiting now to start Humira. Started with Remicade (nothing), then Enbrel (okay, but not stellar), then Simponi (good start, but lost ground in past 3 months). As soon as insurance approves, I'll start Humira. Rheumy said it's not rare to take several trials to find one that works. I'm not so sure. Good luck for both of you.
DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2
SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9
