Friends... I would like to apologize to everyone (yes, you too JAM) for getting carried away with my posts. I should know by now to stay off the computer when I cannot sleep and have had a pain pill. Do not mean that for an excuse. I know better. This is not what I am about and I am sorry. I wish each of you relief with whatever works for you and for those times that nothing works. Our dear Possi,
We do know what horrendous pain and lack of sleep can do to our bodies and our minds. We do wish the best of health to everyone here, regardless of their medication, supplements and diet. This is a forum to educate, support and vent with everyone else.
My hope and prayer has always been, that we all bear each others burdens at times and look past hurtful things others may say, and think about the difficulties that person might be having.
This is a beast and I mean a beast of a disease and at times we are all feeling quite well one day and the next begging to be put down!! We also have to remember we are all in this fight together. I hope that I have supported people on here but realize that I to could have offended someone unintentionally.
We all know dear friend that you have been going through some unimaginable problems lately. You are always in my prayers.

Possi, I am sorry but I have had to convene a grand jury hearing in order that they can hear your hearing statement at the hearing.
Judge Roy Bean will officiate and probably find you guilty, he found everyone guilty apparntly!! .............cripes but I have summoned up a great defence lawyer for you..........Me...!!! so we will probably save you from life without remission..............errrrr oh yes let's hear it then

Will, I love your sense of humor, your posts always crack me up. Have you any Irish in your blood? I married into a big Irish family and I love their sense of humor. Thanks for all the chuckles, I've laughed at your posts more times than you know 
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

Hello Val's Mum, no, no Irish that I am aware of. AMglad I have brought the odd smile to you, many here do likewise which is super because we AS types often need to be cheered. Look at Lon here trying to raise a smile by saying he isn't scared of the English. I am reliably informed that actually he is shaking in his boots at the prospect of being summoned to appear before Judge Roy to testify against poor innocent Possi ....lol

Well I was awoken at 2am by pain too...had I known, would have joined you here. I do give up on trying to sleep & just get up and read or use computer till daylight. Whatever you may have said/done in pain & on meds in the middle of the night doesn't count.
Do beware of taking advice from Mr Inept. He's recently been busted here for charging for phoney advice! Don't give him your paypal #. I agree he has many loosendz!
