If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yikes! That sounds a bit scary. Can you ask your school what your options are, given all your conditions? They can sometimes make some accommodations.
I really sympathize with mental functioning issues. For the last few months, several times a day, I use a wrong word. People stop and look at me and ask "what did you say?" I usually have to ask them what I said, and then correct it.
One evening, I had real problems just reading a book. I'd read a sentence, and think "that just doesn't make sense!" I had to reread the sentence several times before I could finally "see" it correctly. After that happened several times, I gave up reading that night!
Best wishes! Hope your doctor can help you soon!
Psoriatic spondylitis for just 3 years, already on disability. Failed with anti-TNF's and methotrexate; can't take NSAIDS; not on any regular pain meds. On the autoimmune protocol of the Paleo diet, with pretty good results so far. Also have to avoid high-oxalate foods.

I am so sorry. I have been thinking of you a lot and have missed talking with you. Please let us know what they decide and what they are going to do to help you. It does sound scary. I hope you are deciding to cut back on your schooling until you get this worked out. You don't need that extra stress. It is amazing what you have done this semesterd. Hugs and prayers. Possi

Magician,
Just wanted to let you know that I have been concerned since your last post explaining what the MRI looked like. Did they say anything about redoing the MRI? I hope you get some answers soon. I am sorry for your memory loss and your struggle at school. I give you a lot of credit for continuing but wonder how that is affecting you. I know I would have trouble concentrating knowing something might be wrong. When I was told I had a benign brain tumor it really affected me at work till I got another MRI that showed it hadn't grown.
Please keep us informed. There are people here who really care.
I can not defeat you but I will not let you win

Sory you failed your mid term and sorry about your MRI. I hope the dr can help you with your condition and get you to feeling better, I'll say a prayer for you, take care.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

I no longer want to continue with my studies if it always means a D for me. Yes, I know my stress level is beyond high. That freaky looking MRI scared me too. I was in agony for the entire 2 1/2 hours of it. Back was so sore, neck killing me the entire time.
You know what? I also cried, I mean sobbed throughout the entire MRI. Such pain.
And what is it with the radio stations always playing love songs?? lol
It will take a week for my request of the films to be sent on DVD to my doctor. I have such fears of my having Alzheimer's. The lesion I did see was very obvious to me. Perfectly round and then there was that freaky white snowstorm.
And I saw my pituitary! Looked just like a pencil eraser! Small and perfectly round. So precious to me. My tumor completely covers the pituitary. No wonder I am so [*bleep*] up.
I want an explanation why I cannot not use my hips.
Why would the neurologist say my back was 'really bad'? Maybe he saw the scoliosis himself and was freaked out by the extra vertebrae fused alongside my spine. Maybe now he realizes why I cannot have a lumbar puncture?
Why did my spine 'burn' so much when I was in the MRI? I was in agony the entire time with the constant burning feeling. Hell in an MRI....

((Magician)) I am so so sorry that you are having all of the problems. I wish I were a "Magician" and I could wave a magic wand and make you well.
I am glad you are taking a break from school. I think getting out from under that stress couldn't keep from being a plus.
I know you are very anxious to get your drs opinion about your MRI. I understand what you mean about the burning. The next to last MRI that I got made me feel like my blood was boiling and my bones were burning. The last one I told the radiologist and he told me they gave it to me too fast. ?? I don't know but I didn't have the burning the last time.
Keeping you in my heart. Possi

Thank you so much for your wishes. I also have wished to have the ability to 'snap' my fingers and be in a much different place. A place with continuous sunshine, many happy birds, roses blooming around me and my trusty car gleaming with excitement waiting for that next driving adventure. This is a fantasy wish. What else could it be but that? lol

May I go with you?
I have a recurring dream that I absolutely love where I am running (actually running) through a field of flowers and the wind blowing in my face and through my hair with the sun shining and I am laughing and I wake up feeling wonderfully happy. I pray for that dream because I feel so good afterwards.
It is ok to go to that place. I can think back to a lake where my husband I fished in our young married years. We would go about daylight and the fish would be jumping, the squirrels stretching, birds singing and the sun peeping through the trees. A secret place like that can be really relaxing and lead in to a good state to meditate. Really helps my pain and stress a lot.
Hugs. Joyce
