I wanted to drop a tip on 'Cell Food". It was recommended to me by the pharmacist at the health food store to help with fibromyalgia. As best as I understand it, it increases blood oxygenation. Well, not only did I find it mildly effective for general well being, I also began to lose weight (and have kept it off)!!

I can say that I think it has helped relieve some stiffness and fatigue, and also has this pleasant side effect with weight loss... I also lost a lot of the puffiness from my neck and face with this...
Here is the website, I encourage you to check it out. -- be well.

Thanks for the link - have checked out the website, but it gives no detail on the ingredients of the products. No list of excipients either, but does give a small note on what the products do 'not' contain, but of more interest would be knowing 'what' the products 'do' contain!

Annoying - but thanks for the interesting link (am looking for the vasodilatory effect...increasing blood oxygenation!)
