If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

the last few months i almost sure that every time i eat large amount of pizza or drink a lot of soft drinks especially coca cola , i start have a lot of pain on my SI joints. just for you to know. i am not a scientist but i am watching as much as possible what i am eating and when i feel pain. some times other stuff can trigger pain but for a small period or not often and is very difficult to find out what is forbidden for me personally.
the pain comes and goes but definitely has to do with what i eat or drink

Pizza is starch. Coka Cola is pretty toxic, especially to us spondys... http://articles.mercola.com/sites/current.aspxhttp://articles.mercola.com/sites/articl...121111_SNL_MC_1Both will make you feel ill, as they will cause poor ole body to flare in protest. Leave out both. Avoid ALL artificial sweeteners. Cut down on starch - see how you feel. Sugar per se is also not good either! (If must have sweet, try Stevia). Better still. Could go NSD until gut heals then go LSD. See diet forum - lots of good info there. After gut has healed then gradually start to reintroduce foods one by one. Will also find that there are what are known as 'inflammatory' foods and, an 'anti-inflammatory' diet. The internet will give you a mass of information. Take care -

Pizza always used to get me, I bought it once a week and one slice would do me in for sure. Maybe if meat and cheese doesn't cause you much pain, you can make something like a salad with, olives, mozarella and pepperoni and see if its the grains that bother your condition. There are some ASers that can get away with meat and dairy and it does not affect their AS, hopefully you are one of them. That's just my two cents.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

Pretty sure most people on these boards who take diet seriously would agree with me in saying that coca cola and pizza = poison.
