Hello, my dear friends! It is time for me to write a little update, right?  I am in spa again in Trebon http://www.aurora.cz/I have 28 days, 80 therapies (mud baths, massages and a lot of exercises of different kinds) covered by my insurance. How awesome is that? They changed the rules though so this may be the last time of such perfect care. And as hard as it is to believe it, my little girl is 6 today!!! This is the cake I made for my little rhytmic gymnast  And my two little people

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
