If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

hello! i just started taking ldn about 8 days ago.. so far i think it is helping? i have started to feel better from doing very low starch diet.. its taken almost 5 months! but something finally kicked in.. i was just diagnosed with hashimoto's disease a couple weeks ago and am trying ldn to help with that. hopefully it will help with the AS too. i am curious what you all do when (if) you have to take pain meds.. i have read mixed things. one person said that you can take pain meds after like 4 hours of taking ldn, and also said you can take ldn as soon as its out of your system. i have read to wait atleast a week after taking pain meds to start ldn. any experiences with this? also, i am just curious how the ldn is working for you all and how long it took? thanks!

Prior to LDN, I pulled or tore tendons and ligaments way too often doing the most mundane things and it took months to years to heal.
Started LDN 3 years ago. It was initially a subtle things for me. I just stopped having these kinds of tendon / ligament injuries. Now I tear things much less often, and if I do strain something, the LDN helps my body heal itself within days usually.
Last week I pulled a muscle in my thigh pretty good. That kind of pull would have had me to the PT's office in the past. I also strained a tendon in my shoulder a few weeks or months back and it too reared its head at the end of last week. Well, after a few days, both are much better. This would never have been the case prior to LDN days. Now LDN helps my body heal itself so so fast.

The only problem would be any opiate based pain meds, such as morphine or codiene. LDN would decrease the effect of those. Most any non-opiate pain killer should not be affected by LDN.

AS symptoms started 1991. Official dx in 2006 with HLA-B27+, fused SIJ, bone spurs in back, extreme rib/hip pain, and other family with SpA. Started Enbrel in 2006 with good results, but stopped in 2010 due to nerve damage (MS) from it. Getting good results with no-starch diet since 2011.
