If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have had my fingers swell up into sausages early in my disease. It's pretty easy to recognize, and it can happen to toes, too, although not to me, so far at least.
Your toes don't have to swell in order to have inflammation. I've had a lot of pain in my toes and feet that is directly related to my psoriatic spondylitis - Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, posterior tibial tendonitis, lots of general tenosynovitis throughout my feet, and a lovely deformation of my big toe called a bunion (definitely caused by my arthritis and not tight shoes).
So, I wouldn't worry that your toes don't look swollen - although having that swelling may help your doctor take your pain more seriously. My rheumy referred me to a podiatrist regarding the pain in my feet, but the best treatment for it is to try to get your overall inflammation under good control.
Best wishes!
Psoriatic spondylitis for just 3 years, already on disability. Failed with anti-TNF's and methotrexate; can't take NSAIDS; not on any regular pain meds. On the autoimmune protocol of the Paleo diet, with pretty good results so far. Also have to avoid high-oxalate foods.

Hi
I have lots of pain in my feet but no swelling now. In the beginning that was the clue that got me diagnosed with A/S. My toes one by one swelled up and looked like a "cocktail sausage". I had that for about a year and then it settled down and never swelled again. I of course went on to NSaids and I would guess that is what took the swelling down. I am not taking any NSaids and no swelling, so I am hoepful that I am in a remission or the darn disease really is burning itself out .
Take Care, Janet

I also have a lot of foot pain. Lately, it's my ankles that are hurting. I have some swelling also. I guess it'd time to see the doc.
