Great info, both of you. Who knew a pain reliever would jack up your anti-depressants? I have had depression now for 6 months and can't get out of it. I am not amused :\ I don't want to do a thing and that is just not me. I will start physical therapy tomorrow and then see the doc and see how I feel. I really think a vacation couldn't hurt either!

So, you all know that my daughter died of depression. Then I nearly lost my niece and brother-in-law on the same night 5 months later - again depression. So, since then we've been taking NAMI classes as a family, and we are all sort of taking different training depending upon our area of interest. Well, after all that reading I did - which it says in my letter - I realized that suicide is NOT the problem, anymore than any death from any illness is the problem. The problem is SHAME. So, my project since spring has to design an outdoor graphic that will get LOTS of attention, and will offer very simple instructions regarding how to spot an emotional crisis in ourselves or someone else, and what to do as an emergency response.
