I finally got just a quick text from Michelle late last night that I just saw this morning. All she said was that she sleeps a lot and misses everyone.

She has been recovering from esophageal cancer, a dangerous bacteria and a reopening of the wound.

Hi everyone,
I have a sad update and it has taken until now for Michelle to want to update everyone. She has cancer now on the other side of her esophagus. The lymph nodes they took out showed they had cancer in them as well.
She was also diagnosed with Crohns disease and possibly other things. She will meet with her Dr. next week to find out all of her test results and when they will do the next surgery, chemo, etc. etc. She is at home just sleeping a lot. I hate reporting bad news but she still has all of us to pray for her and route her on.

Oh Pea, such sad news. I really am at a loss for words. My heart goes out to her. I will keep her in my prayers. How hard it must have been for you to put this into words. I am truly sad. Prayers to all those who are close to her also.

Oh Pea - words fail one. Am so sad. Prayers for Michelle, her family and friends. Thank you Pea for updating - must be with such a heavy heart to pass this news on to us. Thank you me dear and bless
