If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

PH purified water, liquid B-Complex, whey protein, magnesium, Chloriphil to cleanse blood, red pepper mixed in with bottled water, and charcoal and purified aloe vera in an eye dropper. I had better results using only the dilating drops first and totally avoiding the steroid drops.
1. No ketchup and mustard of any kind 2. Any word that says starch on processed food boxes 3. Drink only premium liquors that have been distilled over and over and not buy cheap beers, wines as well. Coors, Miller, and Bud products are the best with the least of sugar reactions vs. imports. 4. corn syrup especially in liquid form 5. Most herbal teas stay away from 6. Corn meal, corn starch, dextrose, maltodextrose, some vinegars, modified starches etc. 7. Potatoes processed stay away from (Eating raw tomatoes and potatoes seem to be ok with me eating) 8. Gucomolie 9. Peanut butter or any kind of processed nut butters 10. Barbeque sauces 11. Most sauces in general stay away from. 12. Hellman's mayonaise and sunbeam bread don't cause me flare ups. Eat plenty of bean salads and pasta and mix it with Helman's. Nabisco salt free tops are a good replacement for breads as well. 13. Watch many herbal supplements most of them cause eye flare ups. 14. Stay away from coffee it totally brings your PH levels down, even worse than alcohol. Buy stackers, JackD3 at GNC, Sparks, whatever but by avoiding coffee alone you will see your iritis problem clear up faster. 15. Most tomato based foods, ask for ranch or mayonaise instead.

Warning for all readers: Fore-going professional consultation and standard treatment for an Iritis flare is DANGEROUS. Iritis is an Ophthalmological emergency which requires urgent and close follow-up treatment and care by an Ophthalmologist. Reference: WebMD.com/eye When to Seek Medical Care for Iritis Notify your eye doctor if any of the following signs or symptoms of iritis are present:
Eye pain, including pain associated with bright light Blurred vision Redness in the eye, especially near the iris
If you cannot reach your eye doctor, then seek medical attention at a hospital's emergency department.
Iritis Treatment at Home Iritis requires prescription medications and follow-up visits with your eye doctor, so seeking medical care is very important.
Use prescription medications exactly as prescribed.
Iritis Symptoms Iritis usually develops quickly and generally affects only one eye. Signs and symptoms may include any or all of the following:
Pain in the eye or brow region Worsened eye pain when exposed to bright light Reddened eye, especially adjacent to the iris Small or funny shaped pupil Blurred vision HeadacheWhile unproven home remedies may be of interest in the wishful hope of prevention - be aware that Uveitis / Iritis is a serious sight-damaging and sight-threatening condition. Steroid drops are a critical standard treatment that literally may save your eyesight from permanent damage. Any advice outside of your Ophthalmologist's to even consider avoiding steroid drops is reckless, in my opinion. mig

I agree with Mig. I now fully understand it after fighting it. It is an absolute. Do not follow any treatment before first your eye Dr. The protocol is intensive as Brad mentioned somewhere else. I am now to start on it even before I pick up the phone to make my next appt. with her. She knows when I know when I am flaring in my left eye.
Go to the E.R. if you don't have an Ophthalmologist yet. Tell them you have A.S. and have to have it looked at.

re uveitis iritis. If you have A.S.and eye problems any systom should be checked out by a ophthalomlist with expeence in inflammatory eye disease. I know from experience it took me 16 years to find the right specialist with must prevous ones saying theres nothing wrong with my eyes .today I,m legally blind with no treatment available

My grandfather was totally blind by the time he was 50 from iritis in the 1960's ,no steroid drops. His eye pressure got so high and painful they actually removed his eyes to give him pain relief. Thank God we have steroid eye drops and top notch eye specialists

I had my first Iritis attack shortly before I was diagnosed with AS. It was the worst pain I have experienced in my life!!! The problem was greatly exacerbated and prolonged by misdiagnosis. Because I was working in a heavy equipment maintenance area, the (incompetant) GP thought I had a welding flash and offered no assistance. I lay in a totally dark room for days in agony. Finally, my wife phoned another GP she knew and I was immediately referred to an Opthalmologist in Ottawa. The almost immediate relief offered by the steroid drops was a god-send!!!
Not long after that, the incident of Iritis was a useful factor in determining my diagnosis of AS.
In recent times, I always keep a supply of prescription steroid drops on hand. At first sign of a problem, I use the drops and, of course, follow up with the doctor.

That is a horrible story Janet but I know they had nothing then to treat with and this will rob your eyesight. Your poor papa.
