If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

For my Saturday run I ran 9.02 miles (yes I want credit for the .02 miles) in 1 hour 31 minutes. I started the run really fast, but at about mile 7 my legs were saying they were done, I pushed another 2 miles. It was nice weather for a run. I woke up at 7:00 am, but the temperture was 25 degrees. I waited until 8:00 am before I went running, it was up to 36 degrees. Later in the day it made it into the 60's.

Today was lovely. Perfect weather. No wind. Got to church late and discovered that the band soundsnmuch better in the cheap seats. We meet in an antique theater. Then we had a lovely family lunch at grandma's place. Swam 1/2 mile. Then home to relax. Good job everyone! Remember, it ALL counts!

Ok I am on holiday in Argentina and yes I am loving it alot more than I expected and in many different ways as well. A real eye opener to be honest. Having said that, my back is at me and I have had to find a pool on two occasions and managed to do 2000 metres more or less both times. I hope to go again tomorrow to a pool...

Ok I did another 2000 metres yesterday and then sat on a bus for 12 hours going to Mendoza. I arrived in Mendoza this morning and got on yet another bus and went up to look at Aconcagua. Americas highest mountain at 6962 metres. Indeed it is the highest mountain outside the Himalayas. It was a bit of a hike (no I didn´t go up), its off the main road but well worth it. Now I will go to bed in a bed for the dirst time in a couple of days.
P.S. They say that you can walk up Aconcagua you don´t need to climb. Any takers?

My stats for the last few days: Saturday triked 5.1 miles, swam 500 yds (since Steve's counting decimals, so am I ) Monday triked 3.1 miles, swam 600 yds Tuesday triked 2.3 miles Wednesday triked 5.5 miles, swam 1/2 mile... bumped into the end of the pool twice. Lon, I can't believe you're already walking around Walmart and preaching!! But tell me if your flock was just the tiniest bit freaked out that you might collapse at any moment? I hope you and Alan don't mind, but I posted your stroding banter on my FB. Sometimes you guys are just too funny. And Alan, you are my AS hero for walking around and carrying boxes. Most people would curl up and cry with your spine. Not you - my hero! Pea - GLAD YOU'RE HERE! Sue & Mig, I sort of expect photos from you two around this time of year. Maybe soon? Fergus - Where are you? It sounds really fun! I'm trying to get our central Asia kids and our Norway kids to agree to a family vacation in Turkey mid-June. In the meantime, if anyone can recommend a nice little town on the sea not to far from Istanbul I'd love to hear of it. Anyone heard from Tink, Aussie, or Angelmom lately? What about.... Okay, I'm not going to name everyone on the team. But please tell 'em I said hi. Peace out all my movin' & groovin' peeps! You make my heart sing!
