Thanks kindly

I am having strange vascular issues, I must read everything you posted as a starting guide. I have a cavernous hepatic hemangioma. That will soon be surgically removed, multiple hemangiomas on my spine, an abnormal red blood vessel collection in the right hemisphere of my brain and an aneurysm in the left hemisphere. My hemoglobin is always high despite chronic rectal bleeding.

Thank you..It gives me a starting point. I have been researching like crazy vascular diseases. The docs do not know why I am experiencing so many vascular abnormalities.

Very much appreciated.

i know that EDS can affect the vascular system, though don't know if their symptoms are similar or dissimilar to what you describe.

I'm sorry Sue. What is EDS? I might feel embarrassed once answered. My vascular problems are asymptomatic. They have potential to be problematic, if that makes sense. My liver would be the exception, just from shear size in the chest cavity.

Thank you for the articles, I have began reading and have made some head way into research. There was a certain article in the Oxford Journal of Rheumatology I wanted to read.

Tomorrow I am hoping to go to the medical library. I wish to resubscribe my membership. I can then access all current medical literature/journals from home. Otherwise many full text articles require payment or subscription.

Lupus can have a lot of vascular problems - particularly CNS lupus.

Is it possible to find any sort of specialist in autoimmune vascular disorders?
