If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

that sounds familiar. and for me, bracing something only makes it worse. its usually only when i see a coworker wearing some sort of bracing device and i start giving them practical advice on their tendon or ligament problem that they realize i go through the same thing every day that they are going through temporarily. that helps that one person get it. also i find it kind of amusing how much i can help my young female colleagues who are pregnant and complaining of low back pain. i give them my lumbar air pillow to borrow. buy them cooling leg gel. give them various tips. they are always amazed that for someone who has never had children, never been pregnant, how well i can relate to their back pain and swollen feet

To find positive in an unfortunate situation is special. I am much the same. It's not that I'm upset with people who don't understand, how can they until they go through it themselves. You are helping people that are in pain and they are receptive to it because now they can relate and understand where your coming from, it's nice when that happens. It's just to bad for most people that they themselves have to experience the pain before they can relate, and that in turn makes them more understanding and compassionate. We are already that!
