They say you can sell anything on Craig's List. I think you got something there. Cured and raising funds at the same time.
I think you just need to make the sales pitch more upbeat.
As in my case lots of perks;

options included at no extra charge.
Shiny titanium hips- all the kids want 'em more durable than bone and lots of laughs at the airport metal detector
Free weight loss- without wires intermittent TMJ will provide you with instanteous will power or the power mot to open your mouth to ingest more than liquids
Medical education- doctors , doctors, doctors line up to teach you about more body parts than you can imagine
Serenity and lots of "you" time- get away from it all whenever you want and don't want since you can't go most places
