If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All,
Thanks to this site I have finally found a community who understand.
Recently I had an MRI, and after the MRI I found that I was feeling less of the annoying AS pain. So I did some research and found that someone has completed a control study on the benefits of using Vibration plate (Power Plate, etc... - not sure if this is the best but most prolific in the UK). The results were positive to using the vibration to help with building strength.
So I have started a regime and will find out if any good for me. I am of the opinion the vibration will upset any bonding in my spine - but this is my hypothesis.
Also, last night started the NSD and already feel a positive difference.
I will post my findings. Stay mobile.
