If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi, these are my new favorite things:
Pan fry fish in a little olive oil. I use Mahi Mahi but any kind of white fish would probably work. Arrange lettuce leafs on a plate and place the cooked fish and slices of avocado on the lettuce "shells". Spoon salsa on to top.
Salsa: chopped cabbage, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, fresh lime juice and salt.
I don't eat dairy but a little shredded cheese would be great for those that do.
These are messy but yummy. Enjoy.
Annette

Oh, and a really good sauce recipe for fish tacos is:
Put in blender equal parts fresh parsley and chives, some olive oil, fresh lime juice and mayo (or plain yogurt) enough to make a sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
It is the most beautiful green color so we call it.....
"green sauce" lol!
so original, hehe.

The sauce sounds great! I'm allergic to eggs and dairy but I can get away with a tad bit of mayo or yogurt on occasion. Will have to try that:)
