If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi,
How easily we forget how bad a flare can feel :-( I had my last flare about nine months ago, and forgot how painful and scary they can be. I love that I can come to this site, read others stories, get support and not feel so alone on this. I had a treatment like a massage where the therapist rocks your body sideways while on the table, felt good at the time but I think the rocking was to much on my ribs.
No more rocking for me.

O yeah, had a massage I walked in for and spent 1&1/2 hrs with a chair trying to leave..not fun...must have been too relaxing.. Some massages are ok though.

Sorry that triggered a flare. I can't imagine feeling comfortable with anyone rocking my spine - it would certainly trigger increased pain with me to have the vertebrae moving against each other.
