Guys
i hv noticed that if I consume 3 shots of dark rum, my stiffness goes away. My ESR is 30 now and I think if I continue to add 3 shots with my diet (i eat white rice) it will improve my mobility. Any explanation or idea on this?

Never tried marijuana, but alcohol is better as you can mix it as per your choice

There was recently an article on that, not sure where I saw it, I am sure a medline search might find it. How ever the article clearly stated that people who drank quite a bit showed less radiographic progression in RA
We had always been led to think that drinking would increase inflamation and thus be bad.
It might of even been linked off of this site or the other site. I am sure Molly could get to the bottom of it.
