If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Tip: When going out to eat anywhere, and you have to question the ingredients in the breads and sauces. Just purchase an entire bottle of salad dressing for your dipping sauce and prepare your own meal when attending birthday parties, christmas dinners etc. Then we are not tempted to eat their food when we bring our own. You might have to purchase an entire bottle of salad and have to toss it if its 90 degrees out, but it is better to waste and spend the extra money than to have an eye flare up. "I hate it when I order breadsticks, cheese sticks, or chef salads, and have to rely on their dipping sauces and salad dressings" I guess you could request olive oils to put on salads but not all eatery's have that available.

Syoung, You are so right about the difficulties of eating out, or even eating at a friend's or family's house. I was at a wedding reception recently, where I had little choice about what was served. I was sure wishing I had my italian dressing with me then. It was rough to pass up the rolls and wedding cake. I went hungry, but I knew I had some safe snack waiting in my hotel room.
AS symptoms started 1991. Official dx in 2006 with HLA-B27+, fused SIJ, bone spurs in back, extreme rib/hip pain, and other family with SpA. Started Enbrel in 2006 with good results, but stopped in 2010 due to nerve damage (MS) from it. Getting good results with no-starch diet since 2011.
