Oh and fourth - I am not one of the authors! (removing the odd stray comma doe not count!!) If Alan authored the book, the whole thing was likely full of odd stray comments therefore you must have toiled many months editing. You deserve a generous royalty.

Ah, it's Alan's adventure into literary fame! I'm certain it will not be an opuscule but rather a wonderful tome of historical import and weight.

now look here you lot......you may not already know this but.....my middle name is Steinbeck...........so there!!!
And there wasn't the odd stray comma, maybe a hundred or two though.......and yes you are a part Author, you wrote the bit on the front cover...............the bit that says 'a laugh a minute'........a tome of import and weight eh,,,,,,,yes about right Timo, apart from the lack of weight and the lack of history and importance......0therwise pretty ordinary although there is one funny line on page 451.............seek it out..........

True, there may have been a bit of toiling involved but I enjoyed every minute and stressed over every stray comma, so as not to detract from Alan's unique style. Did you read that Alan??? Snowy says that I get royalties  woohoooo, yay and yippie!!!
