Oh, speaking of the old timers popping up, guess who I tracked down yesterday? Cindy! Do you remember her. She is such a sweetheart.
She is still on Enbrel and living her life to the fullest. Traveling all over this country and loving her life!

Cindy, really? Yes I think I remember her, she had such a terrible time with recurrent/chronic iritis. Glad to know that she is still on Enbrel this many years later and is doing so well! If she is travelling around then she really must be feeling better than in past (or perhaps I am thinking of another Cindy?) Nice to hear the update!

Nope, same one. She went from bed ridden to running!
She came here for a visit a couple of years back. She moved a couple of times since and we lost touch. I tracked down her son yesterday and he gave me her number. It really was sweet to re-connect. Now....If I could figure out how to re-connect with a few more kickers from days gone by...

Wow, from bedridden to running - that is excellent! I do remember that she seemed to suffer with very severe disease and was mostly bedridden. That is a dramatic result. I'm so happy to hear it! Good detective work  , tracking her down and reconnecting!

Doing well, the biologics just make it bearable--ride bike about once a week, but exhausted at end of work week...fatigue is the biggest problem other than the mild hunchback
