Put out the flag, decorate the house with red white and blue bunting, get out the BBQ. I'm cooking burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, beans, watermelon, lemon aid, ice tea and finishing off with a cake and home-made ice cream. We will be playing patriotic music. Most of the people on our little dirt dead-end road are veterans.
We will be saying prayers for all of our young people stationed in dangerous places.

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative
Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
