Today I swam 800 meters in 43 minutes. I felt like I was towing someone ~ it was sooooo hard today. It's weird, because I don't feel much pain at all but feeling like there's a flare lurking. Know what I mean? Oh well, fingers crossed.  Go TEAM!

it is funny how some times it feels like we're moving through molasses for no reason we can figure. hope its not the start of a flare!

I lent my pedometer to my husband today because he wanted to see how many steps he accumulates at work so I don't know my step count today.

Hi Tink - We've had nothing but rain here almost every day since 25 May...!! Tired of this weather, though farmers, hay fields and gardeners are happy.
Good job everyone - I've done nowt except for physio and taking care of chucks. Knees are vile - patella: Chondromalacia or Bipartita - jury is out, would need a nuclear scintagraphy to determine. Unecessary as does not alter approach at this juncture. So, hoping conservative: physio, compression stocking, iceing etc etc will do the trick. Flippin bore.
