So I'm focusing on walking - 2 1/2 miles again today in 40 minutes.

Yep - improved my time by 10 minutes over the last few weeks. I'm managing to walk it in the same amount of time that I used to do before I got sick. That feels like a huge milestone.

Todays run 3.22 miles 30:21 minutes. I felt like running further, but I am following a new training schedule, and it has the first run of the week a short one, followed by a medium length, and then a long run. Running just 3 times a week.

i'm almost certain if i tried to move like that, that i'd throw my SI joint out or pull something or something equally embarrassing! those people (or more specifically the way the move) do not look like people with serious arthritis problems!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

hello friends...time to catch up.. last week: mon: km cb 60 min tues : km1 60 min wed: km1: 60 min this week monday: km cb 69 min km 1 60 min Testing out this week!  I'm not scared but am trying to prepare myself and my body is hurting quite more this week. Hubby is out if town training for new.job. He'll be back in time.for my testing. I pray I have the endurance as i hear it is grueling and .so forthwith women as we have to do more to prove our capability strengthwise. hope everyone is enjoying these toasty days! :-)

Hi TEAM  It makes me feel like the world is in order when everyone posts their exercise stats. Good job everyone! Today I swam 1,200 meters in about 40 minutes.

tuesday stats: km 1: 60 min. stayed afterwards to go over the curriculum. my body is hurting and i am questiong my strength right about now. i forget this disease doesnt let me be even close to the fitness level i had long long ago  our instructor is awesome. a little worried that my partner is taller than me by a few inches and has about 15 lbs in least on me. i had the side of my eye smacked with a mitt while she tried showing me a 360 defense tonight. very painful.  i sucked it up but it hurt like a son of a gun. i feel like ive worked so hard and if i dont pass the test..i will just have to do the walk-of-shame and go back to just km cb. i guess i'm feeling it because hubby is out of town training and i dont have him to practice with at night if only for just a few minutes.  well, enough boo hoo'ing from bug...time to pick up my wings and get it done! goooo team!!
