If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My daughter(22), for reasons I never understood, shaved off her long, thick hair(donated to Locks of Love) and looked great! Now she has a short style that changes color quite often.
Not sure that it helps, but the posts made me think of that.

You know, I've been THINKING about a perm . . . it's been a very, VERY quiet, secret thought for a while now. I have so much fun with Bailey's curly hair (her hair is the same color, same wispiness as mine, except she got beautiful curls!) and I've been thinking it might also be a way to get her to like her curls instead of hating them when she gets a bit older. If I scrunch my hair with spray gel when it's shorter I can get some cute waves, I should try scrunching it tonight and see what it looks like. And I'm SO about the hat right now!! I got a job - Yeah, I got a job, we'll see how it goes - gardening for a weirdo church, and got myself a very cute straw cowboy hat with drawstring (it's quite windy here) and I think it's becoming my new best friend. Here's a pic of what my hair looked like scrunched a few years ago Second is my hair the other night at the graduation AFTER spending a ton of time on it And here's Bailey's hair recently (from behind) just after drying from a bath

I have no tricks for curls but not washing my hair as often as I should. I always wash my hair, use a 'dab' of Paul Mitchell hair wax and massage it into my hair. This product locks my hair into whatever 'pose' I want. lol The ultimate trick is high humidity which in my case results in super curls. I used to have curls just like your daughter but mine became flatter as I got older. Of course, I most likely permed the heck out of it and killed the curls. I still do have waves, tho. Your hair is beautiful! Congrats on your new job! Enjoy it and have fun, always.

Yeah, my hair looked AWESOME when I visited my sister in Alaska in the rainy season of 07 . . . but for the most part, "high humidity" is a lot less likely to happen in NM than contracting Bubonic Plague. Literally. Lol. 2 of my sisters and 2 nieces have curly hair, (including the Eskimo niece . . . yup, she's got curly hair and freckles. You CAN'T fight the Irishness in this family! lol) and I envy them greatly, but that's probably because I live here where 6% humidity is normal. Cody just shaves his curls off because they abandoned the top of his head several years ago lol. (shaved heads are so sexy . . .)
I'm seriously considering this perm idea . . . nothing wrong with trying it once, right? A bunch of women in Colorado do it (not very in fashion here, I guess because of our very high Hispanic/Indian population). Any suggestions? I trust Marla with my hair with scissors or dye, but I'm the most hair-savvy of all my friends, should I save up to have it done professionally? And by that I mean at Walmart, we're broke as heck.

you and your hair are beautiful! but if you want a perm, go for it! the nice thing about hair is its never a permanent decision intended.......no pun intended, heehee. as for bailey and her curls, i love having curly/wavy hair, not everyone grows up to hate it, just have to find someone who knows how to cut it.
