If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have a question for everyone.....I have been eating LSD for the last few years and I have been able to eat sugar with no problems until recently. I noticed in the last few months that I cannot eat sugar including fruit. What I am wondering is if I quit eating all sugar for several months or so, will I be able to eat sugar again??? Anyone have this problem?

Did it happen after the antibiotics usage? Candida overpopulation can be a side effect from antibiotics. I don't know how long it takes to recover from that.

thats scary! I will get mad if i stop eating at least a piece of chocolate every night. Recently there was a birthday party at work and i ate two slice of cake. I couldn't refuse. but the next days I was afraid that i will start feeling pain again. Still I am not sure if tiny signs of stifness means that i ate too much sugar. But i notice that when i am very restricted with starch i am good as new. Because i am on diet only 4 months , i believe i need much more time to fingure out what is going out. I dare to ate two times fish and chips but i felt funny the next days, not very active. Can you really stop sugar? You must be brave I think i read somewhere about that our body can produce sugar in case we dont have any. find out the importance of sugar in our body. http://www.consumerreports.org/health/he...nd-sugar-ov.htmhttp://www.ehow.com/about_5316006_do-need-sugar-blood.htmlTHE BEST PART I FOUND!!! take a look!!! http://gorbzilla.com/hows_and_whys_of_ketones.htm
the pain comes and goes but definitely has to do with what i eat or drink

Hi desgirl. I've quited sugars about 2 months ago. At that time the only sugars i've had were fruits and honey. It was a verry big improvement for me. I do not know if I'll be able to have some again - in months or years, it's only beed 2 months - right now my objective is not to experience higher levels of pain, and as long as i stay away from sugars and keep my diet it's all ok.

Hi there, Yes, I've done similar with great results. I must admit that I would eat chocolate and ice cream everyday if I could and that I have a hard time avoiding both of those treats.
It seems that the longer I go without these things the less I crave them. But if we have them in the house it's pretty tempting and so I try not to have them around.
I had some of my daughter's Easter candy this weekend and had a nasty little flare.
And yes, your liver does produce sugar via gluconeogenesis so your brain, iris, etc. will still get glucose. Even if you dip down into ketosis your liver will still produce glucose and your brain will use the ketone bodies as fuel.
Not sure if you'll have problems going back on sugar once you quit. I know that I feel big fluctuations in my energy levels if I hit the sugar hard after having been "clean" for a while.
Good luck!

Yes, I think it started happening after I started taking more antibiotics. The Lyme dr. has increased the antibiotics over the last 4-5 months and I thought it might be the meds but I tested all of those for starch...and nothing. I'm wondering if dairy is now a problem for me also. I havent figured it out yet though. I suspect sugar and dairy. Its very hard to cut out starch, dairy and sugar though....seems like there is nothing to eat.
