If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Naturopathic/Yogic medicine (check), No-Starch diet (check- scratch off- never again), Chinese medicine (check), Radon Therapy (czech)...
Heading off to the big city this morning for a consult with an Ayurveda specialist. According to the literature I've read, this form of medicine often has a lot of success in treating diseases of our nature. Have always been curious- let's see what they got...

Well, for a start they'll have you taking a bit of the famous Jesus' Gift - Frankincense, a.k.a: James B's favourite - Boswellia! It's on my 'to do' list!

Hey Luigi! how's your radon body doing? when you going back?
I tried ayurveda for about 3 years. A doctor from India flew in from time to time and I would see him. I got the pulse reading from him and religiously took his medicines. It actually helped somewhat for the pains and I felt it was good overall for my health. The reason I stopped was I was concerned with the lack of testing. Some of these pills they prescibe can contain a lot of mercury and other toxic chemicals. I wasnt interested in risking liver disease or something bad so I stopped. I'm pretty sure the company i used had a high standard but you only get one chance with this body right?
Good luck though.

Hi Luigi,
Did you ever visit INYS, Bangalore again? I went there once based on your recommendation, but only for 7 days. This time i am planning for 15 days.

One of the references I use when searching for information is The Skeptic's Dictionary. http://www.skepdic.com/ayurvedic.html

Well i tried Ayurveda and it failed infact it aggravated my symptoms. If you really want to do Ayurveda , you need to come down to India and stay there for a month. There are lots of good Ayurveda hospitals in Southern India(specially in Kerala) you can take appointment from them and stay there during the course of the treatment. Good Luck with Ayurveda! Arindam
Long way to go before I sleep!
